The Teachers
Elders should be 'apt to teach' I Tim. 3:2, and are responsible for the feeding of God's flock, Acts 20:28; I Peter 5:2.
One of the spiritual gifts: teacher, I Cor. 12:29; Eph. 4:11, has been given by the Lord for the equipping of the saints through the careful, accurate exposition of the Scriptures of truth.
Servants of God are to study the Word, II Tim. 2:15, and preach the Word diligently, II Tim. 4:2.
(Note that the church never teaches but as the bride receives instruction. Ministry comes from the Head to the body by means of God's chosen vessels or servants. Eph. 5:24; Rev. 2:20)
